【Product Description】
It is suitable for special staining of cervical epithelial tissue prior to pathological analysis, including cervical squamous epithelium (squamous cells) and columnar epithelium (glandular cells) tissue abnormal lesions (CIN2, CIN3) as well as clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer.
【Methods of operation】
Take out a sterile medical swab from the epithelial tissue staining solution box.
1. Insert the swab into the vaginal wall and rotate it as close as possible to the vaginal wall for 5-10 turns.
2. Sampling of the external cervix insert the swab as close as possible to the external cervix to wipe 5 circles
3. Men's glans in the glans coronal surface of the glans forcefully applied 5 circles
(The above steps are based on the ability to clearly see the secretion attached, the sample should be used as soon as possible.)
Use a disposable dropper to draw 2mL of epithelial tissue staining solution and add it to the cotton swab with epithelial tissue exfoliated cells.
Wait for 15-20 seconds and compare the color of the swab with the color card to determine whether the lesion has occurred.
【Results】
If the color is light brown/yellowish, it is negative, suggesting that there is no abnormal lesion.
If the color is green/light blue-green, it suggests inflammatory BING lesions, harmful bacteria (HPV transmission) or CINI mutation.
If the color is light blue-green/dark green/purple-black, it suggests abnormal BING lesions (BING lesions above CINI).
